Insurance

  • We are contracted with MOST PPO providers. We are NOT contracted with Pacificare, Cigna, Aetna or Blue Shield. This means we can still bill your insurance companies, however the benefits are out-of-network. We suggest you call your insurance company and ask for your benefits.
  • If you are unsure of the coverage by your providers, please contact us and we will assist you in determining your deductibles and allowable coverages.
  • Workers' Compensation is accepted only upon prior authorization
  • Medicare is accepted.
  • We are not contracted with MediCal. Allowable coverages must be verified prior to your visit.
