Bauer Physical Therapy accepts most insurance providers.

Pacificare, Cigna, and Aetna, are out-of-network providers. This means we are not contracted with them, so please contact us to verify their coverage.

Workers Compensation is accepted only upon prior authorization

Medicare is accepted

We are not contracted with MediCal. Allowable coverages must be verified prior to your visit.

Even if your provider is not contracted with Bauer Physical Therapy, please check the website of your provider to learn more about your coverage and determine the coverage allowable toward therapy, rehabilitation, and training. In many cases, the coverage is similar to our contracted providers.

If you are unsure of the coverage by your providers, please contact us and we will assist you in determining your deductibles and allowable coverages.
