Scientists have concluded:
At 4 weeks, there was a significant interaction between corticosteroid injections and physiotherapy (P = .01), whereby patients receiving the placebo injection plus physiotherapy had greater complete recovery or much improvement vs no physiotherapy. Wrist Extensors Stretch

  • Straighten one arm in front of you, palm facing down
  • Using opposite hand, slowly pull fingers down and back toward stomach until a comfortable stretch is felt
  • Keep the elbow straight during the exercise

Sets: 1
Reps: 2
Sessions: 1 Everyday
Hold Time: 30s
Repeat on Both Sides

Wrist Flexors Stretch

  • Straighten one arm in front of you, palm facing down
  • Using opposite hand, slowly pull fingers up toward the ceiling until a comfortable stretch is felt
  • Keep the elbow straight during the exercise

Sets: 1
Reps: 2
Sessions: 1 Everyday
Hold Time: 30s
Repeat on Both Sides
