Bauer Physical Therapy provides valued exercise options to meet your fitness goals. Whether you are transitioning from physical therapy, have medical conditions concerning your exercise ability, or are seeking to maximize your performance in an athletic endeavor, the fitness professionals at Bauer Physical Therapy have the program for you.
Do you have to be a past patient to participate? No.
Training options have been designed to meet your fitness goals and financial commitment.
Personal Training
This program is for those seeking one-on-one guidance and progression of your exercise program. Individual design is coordinated with fitness testing, level of fitness, and understanding your goals. You may also combine Personal Training with other training programs.
Partnered / Group Training
Exercise programs are offered in 2:1 client/trainer sessions or group sessions. You may bring your own "exercise buddy" or we'll find one for you. Sessions are intended to provide additional motivation, a social touch, and innovative in design.
Self-Fitness
This is a membership that entitles you to workout in the exercise gym during clinic hours (six days per week). Program design is based on fitness testing and monthly reassessment is provided to maximize progression to your goals. You are supervised to the point that if you have a question we'll be there to answer it.
