What is the Athletic Training Network?

ATN is a first choice reference point for athletic trainers to become involved in the Orange County area through education, training, and supporting athletic training services for schools, clubs, and other institutions. Positions in the area will be posted with their descriptions offering opportunities for the ATC to find extra opportunities, part-time, or permanent employment.

ATN was developed by Randy Bauer PT, ATC, of Bauer Physical Therapy, and offers a new ATN Certification. The principal designers of the educational workshop program are Randy Bauer, and Brad McReynolds, Head Athletic Trainer, of Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, CA. In developing this ATN Certification, we request fellow athletic trainers feedback to help us provide the latest in education and training.

What is involved in the ATN Workshops?
The purpose of ATN Workshops is education and the study of the latest in athletic training care. The workshops are developed from suggestions by the membership to provide a cooperative educational forum from general practice updates to the advancements in technologies, and care. The network is an outstanding avenue for athletic training professionals to voice their concerns in the industry to requesting further education. Athletic training professionals (PT's & ATC's) will design and present courses that offer CEU's approved through the NATA.

ATN provides regular industry updates, workshop schedules, and articles, to help create awareness for athletic trainers and generate dialogue within the industry to constantly improve the adaptations and methods of the athletic training practice.
